Puravankara To Launch Housing Project In Bengaluru: To Raise Rs.2,500 Cr. Income

Puravankara Projects Ltd., said its wholly-owned subsidiary Provident Housing Ltd., is set to launch India's largest residential township project -'Provident Sunworth' - to generate Rs.2,500 crore income.

Provident Sunworth is a 6 million square feet project spread over 60 acres, strategically located off Mysore Road near the NICE ring road junction in Bengaluru, within driving distance from Electronics city, Industrial hubs and the IT corridor.

The new project encompasses 2 BHK units priced at Rs.29.75 lakh and 3 BHK prices at Rs.35.96 lakh, all inclusive, the company said.

Provident projects are equipped with all modern attendant facilities, multiple club houses, swimming pools, gymnasium, walking tracks, landscaped gardens, play areas, super markets, encapsulating community living at its best.

The company said it was embarking on similar initiatives in other cities across the country, including Mumbai and Delhi.

At the BSE, Puravankara Projects shares are currently trading at Rs.97.65, up 1.82 percent from the previous close.
