Rexam PLC (REXMY.PK,REX.L) announced Noreen Doyle has decided to retire from the Board on 31 December. She has served on the board since March 2006.
Noreen Doyle is also a non executive director of Credit Suisse Group, Newmont Mining and QinetiQ, and a member of the Advisory Panels for the Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund and the Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund.
