ChipMOS' November 2012 consolidated revenues included revenues of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC., ChipMOS U.S.A., Inc., MODERN MIND TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and its wholly-owned subsidiary ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES Shanghai LTD., and ThaiLin Semiconductor Corp.
