NBA Hall of Famer Julius Erving will be making a guest appearance on "The Office." In the episode Erving will play himself and shows interest in investing in Jim's (John Krasinski) new sports marketing company.
Krasinski's new company in the show is in Philadelphia, which works out perfectly since Erving played several seasons as a Philadelphia 76er.
The episode will air on January 17 on NBC, and judging by photos that are posted on EW.com it looks like Dr. J shows Jim a few tricks on the basketball court.
This will be the final season for the hit comedy show, after nine seasons.
