Keyera Increases And Extends Credit Facility - Quick Facts

Keyera Corp. (KEY.TO) announced that it has agreed on terms with a syndicate of eight lenders to increase the size of its unsecured revolving credit facility from $500 million to $750 million, with the potential to increase to $1 billion, subject to certain conditions.

In addition, the term of the Credit Facility has been extended from November 1, 2015 to December 13, 2016.
