Quad/Graphics Inc. (QUAD) announced Friday morning that its board of directors approved an increase to its 2013 quarterly cash dividend by 20% to $0.30 per share, from $0.25 per share. The board also declared a special dividend of $2 per share.
Quad/Graphics rose steadily until mid-morning Friday and ended the session higher by 2.40 at $19.11, with volume at a 7-month high. The stock broke out to a 2-month high and re-crossed its 50-day moving average.
