Connecticut Water Service Announces Closing Of Common Stock Offering

Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (CTWS) announced that it has closed its underwritten public offering of 1.70 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $29.25 per share.

The total offering size reflects the underwriters' exercise in full of their option to purchase 221,250 shares of common stock from the company to cover over-allotments.

Connecticut Water Service provides regulated and unregulated water utility services in Connecticut and Maine through its operating water utility and unregulated subsidiaries.
