Swedish Producer Prices Ease Further In November

Sweden's producer prices dropped further in November, data released by Statistics Sweden showed on Thursday.

The producer price index fell at a faster pace of 3.1 percent year-on-year in November compared to 2.3 percent decline in October.

Producer prices in the manufacturing sector fell 1.3 percent, while they fell 9 percent for the electricity, gas and heating sector. Electricity prices plunged 18.4 percent.

The price index for domestic supply declined 2.6 percent annually.

Sequentially, the producer price index remained unchanged in November after falling 0.7 percent in October. Domestic supply prices grew 0.2 percent in November.
