CONSOL Energy (CNX) said that its Executive Vice President or EVP and Chief Financial Officer or CFO, William Lyons announced his decision to retire from his positions on March 1, 2013.
Along with Lyons, Robert Pusateri, Executive Vice President of Energy Sales and Transportation Services, will also step down on March 1, 2013, the company said.
Further, Jerome Richey, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, also announced his plans to retire in March 2014, CONSOL added.
CONSOL stated that in conjunction with this announcement and to ensure a smooth transition, David Khani, who has served as the company's Vice President of Finance since July 2011, will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer effective March 1, 2013.
Effective January 1, 2013, Stephen Johnson, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, will be promoted to Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer and will oversee the Legal, Environmental, Human Resources, Major Transactions, Government Affairs and Public Relations functions of the company.
