TIBCO Software Inc. (TIBX: Quote) reported fourth quarter non-GAAP net income of $0.42 per share after the bell Thursday, which was flat with the prior year result. Revenues increased to $296.5 million from $289.5 million a year ago. The consensus estimates were for EPS of $0.39 and revenues of $297.6 million.
TIBCO Software gapped open higher Friday and rose further around mid-morning. The stock ended the session with a gain of 1.62 at $22.36 on above average volume. TIBCO Software rose above a range and set a 2 1/2 week high.
