Goldman Sachs upgraded its rating on shares of MasterCard Inc. (MA: Quote) Wednesday morning to "Buy" from "Neutral."
MasterCard gapped up sharply Wednesday and climbed for the bulk of the trading session. The stock ended the day with a gain of 14.57 at $532.39 on above average volume. MasterCard has been rising for over a week and set a new high for the year.
