Bank of South Carolina Corp. (BKSC) posted fourth-quarter net income of $992 thousand or $0.22 per share, compared to $834 thousand or $0.20 per share in the year ago quarter.
Net income for the full year ended December 31, 2012, rose 14.97% to $3.66 million or $0.82 per share from $3.18 million or $0.72 per share in the year-ago period.
