Chris Cornell was one of many stars on hand to help President Barack Obama kick off his second term at the Inaugural Ball on Sunday night (January 20).
Cornell and others were on hand to entertain more than 35,000 guests made up of grass-roots volunteers, local community leaders and supporters, various organization representatives and local and state elected leaders.
He was joined at the all-star event by Alicia Keys, Brad Paisley, the Mexican band Mana, Jennifer Hudson and Jamie Foxx. The president and his wife entered the venue at around 9:30 PM and later danced to J-Hud's rendition of the Al Green classic, "Let's Stay Together."
Meanwhile, Foxx serenaded Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Jill as they took to the dance floor at the Heroes Ball.
