Sonic Corp. (SONC), drive-in restaurant chain operator, Thursday said its President Scott McLain will resign from the position effective March 31.
McLain will continue to serve in a transition role through the end of June 2013. The company also said itsChief Executive Cliff Hudson will assume the title of president.
McLain joined Sonic in 1996 as Treasurer, was named Chief Financial Officer in 1997 and President in 2004.
