BGI-Shenzhen said Friday that it, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Beta Acquisition Corp., has extended its all cash tender offer to purchase all outstanding shares of common stock of Complete Genomics, Inc. (GNOM) to February 1.
The offer was previously scheduled to expire on January 25.
Except for the extension of the offer expiration date, all other terms and conditions of the offer remain unchanged.
The depositary for the offer has indicated that, as of the close of business on January 25, about 30.9 million shares, or about 87%, of common stock of Complete Genomics have been validly tendered in and not withdrawn from the offer, including shares of common stock of Complete Genomics subject to guaranteed delivery procedures.
