Google Inc. (GOOG: Quote) submitted fresh proposals to European Union to settle antitrust concerns. The company submitted the proposals just under the deadline from the European Union.
Google rose steadily until around 1:00PM Friday and ended the session higher by 19.91 at $775.60 on above average volume. The stock climbed past resistance and set a new high for the year.
