Total revenues climbed to $381.6 million from $311.47 million last year. The Company's Board has proposed to increase the annual dividend by 25 percent to 50 cents per share.
Randgold Resources gapped open higher Monday, but traded in a range throughout the session. The stock closed up by 2.74 at $98.39 and set a one-month high.
