Gainers:

AOL Inc. (AOL) is rising more than 6 percent to $33.45. The company's fourth quarter earnings improved from the year-ago quarter and matched Wall Street view. Total revenues rose 4 percent and were above the consensus estimate.

3SBio Inc. (SSRX) is up 8 percent to $14.95 following the news that it agreed to go private for $15.40 per ADS.

Decliners:

McDonald's Corp. (MCD) is down 0.11 percent to $94.53. The company's global comparable sales for the month of January declined 1.9 percent. The company said its January's results reflect today's challenging environment and difficult prior year comparisons. The company stated that February comparable sales would be negatively impacted by about 3 percentage points as last year results included one extra day due to leap year.

Nuance Communications, Inc. (NUAN) is plunging 16 percent to $20.55 and Riverbed Technology, Inc. (RVBD) is down 11 percent to $17.76, Coinstar, Inc. (CSTR) is down 8 percent to $48.00 following the release of their quarterly results.

Warner Chilcott plc (WCRX) is down 5 percent to $13.75. The company forecast 2013 cash earnings per share below analysts' expectations. Meanwhile, the company expects total revenue in-line with the consensus estimate.
