Otter Tail Corp. (OTTR) announced it has sold substantially all of the assets of ShoreMaster, its waterfront equipment manufacturing business, to High Street Capital, a private equity group based in Chicago, IL.
The company said that ShoreMaster will continue to operate independently, with its headquarters remaining in Fergus Falls, MN.
