Rexnord Corp. (RXN) gained 13 percent to $22.88 based on the news that it has initiated a review of strategic alternatives, including possible sale of the company. The company's third quarter profit improved from the year-ago quarter, while net sales declined 3 percent.

Facebook, Inc. (FB) declined nearly 2 percent to $27.75.
TW Telecom Inc. (TWTC) fell more than 2 percent to $26.42. The company's fourth quarter earnings increased from the prior year period, but were below Wall Street view. Meanwhile, revenues rose 7.5 percent and topped the consensus estimate.
Dun & Bradstreet Corp. (DNB) declined more than 5 percent to $80.51. The company's fourth quarter profit improved from the same period a year earlier. Meanwhile, net income attributable before non-core gains and charges declined from the year-ago quarter and was below analysts' estimate. Total revenue declined and also missed the consensus estimate. The company noted that 2012 was a challenging year primarily due to weakness in its North America business.
