Coca-Cola Co. (KO) is down 0.75 percent to $38.32. The company's fourth quarter profit improved from the year-ago quarter and its non-GAAP earnings per share were above Wall Street view by a penny. Quarterly net revenues grew 4 percent, with comparable net revenues rising 4 percent.
Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. (GT) is falling 3 percent to $13.49. The company reported breakeven results for the fourth quarter. Sales declined 11 percent from the year-ago quarter and missed the consensus estimate. While lowering the segment operating income guidance for 2013, the company said it still expects long-term growth in the global tire industry but at a slower pace near term than previously forecast.
Ocean Rig UDW Inc. (ORIG) is down nearly 4 percent to $16.90 based on the news that DryShips Inc. (DRYS) is offering to sell 5 million Ocean Rig common shares in an underwritten public offering.
