The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.23. QlikTech also announced Bill Sorenson's intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons.
Qlik Technologies gapped open sharply higher Friday, but traded in a range for the majority of the session. Shares finished up by 4.07 at $26.83 on the highest volume of the year. The stock leaped to a 9-month high.
