Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. (ARP) reported a net loss attributable to common limited partners and the general partner for the fourth quarter of $20.8 million, wider than $4.7 million in the year-ago period. Loss per share for the quarter was $0.53 per unit, compared to breakeven per share last year.
Total revenues for the fourth quarter were $84.74 million, down from $97.48 million in the comparable quarter last year.
On average, analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.06 per share and revenues of $88.31 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
