Royal Philips Electronics (PHG, PHIA) Monday said it will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on May 3, for changing the name of the company to Koninklijke Philips N.V.
Philips will also propose re-appointment of Christine Poon, James Schiro and Jeroen van der Veer as members of the Supervisory Board. Amendment for the Long-Term Incentive Plan for its executives will also be proposed at the meeting.
