Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. (MRH) Monday said Tom Busher, Deputy Chairman, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will retire from the company, effective December 31.
Tom will retire by rotation from the Board at the forthcoming annual general meeting on May 17, but will continue to serve as COO until the end of the year.
Tom will also retain his role as Chairman of Montpelier Underwriting Agencies Ltd., post to the retirement date.
