Altera Corp. (ALTR) announced after the bell Monday that it has entered into an agreement with Intel (INTC) for the future manufacture of Altera FPGAs on Intel's 14 nm tri-gate transistor technology. Altera is now up 0.74 on 37K shares.
Altera gapped open higher Monday, but drifted lower over the course of the trading session. The stock finished down by 0.34 at $35.01.
