ONEOK Inc. (OKE) reported fourth quarter EPS of $0.53 after the bell Monday, down from $0.55 in the prior year period. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.45. The company revised down its earnings guidance for the full year 2013 to a range between $350 million and $400 million, from its prior guidance in a range of $405 million to $455 million.
ONEOK declined during the first hour of trade Tuesday, before settling into a range. The stock closed down by 1.86 at $44.34 on above average volume. ONEOK sank to a month and a half low and fell below both its 50 and 200-day moving averages.
