German construction company Hochtief AG (HOCFF.PK) posted full-year profit after taxes of 385.58 million euros, as against a loss of 167.89 million euros a year back, with annual earnings per share amounting to 2.15 euros, versus a 2.18 euros loss in 2011.
Pre-tax profit was 546.42 million euros this year, compared with a loss of 126.96 million euros in the previous year.
Sales of 25.53 billion euros for the full year, were higher than last year's 23.28 billion euros. Group new orders stood at 31.49 billion euros in 2012, up by 24.1%* on the 2011 figure.
Additionally, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft are proposing to distribute a dividend for fiscal 2012 of 1.00 euros per share.
