Gainers:

Sears Holdings Corp. (SHLD) is rising over 2 percent to $48.70. The company's fourth quarter loss narrowed from the previous year period. Revenues declined from the year-ago quarter, but were above the consensus estimate.

Wendy's Co. (WEN) is gaining 2 percent to $5.61. The company's fourth quarter earnings and revenues improved from the year-ago quarter. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter increased 19 percent. The company reiterated its 2013 adjusted EBITDA outlook.

Decliners:

J. C. Penney Company, Inc. (JCP) is falling over 17 percent to $17.43, Groupon, Inc. (GRPN) is plunging 27 percent to $4.37 and BroadSoft, Inc. (BSFT) is declining 23 percent to $23.84 following the release of their quarterly results.

Kohl's Corp. (KSS) is down 4 percent to $44.76. The company's fourth quarter profit declined from the year-ago quarter, but was above Wall Street view. Net sales also topped the consensus estimate. While expecting first quarter earnings per share in-line with market view, the company guided its fiscal 2013 earnings per share below analysts' estimate.

MGIC Investment Corp. (MTG) is down 14 percent to $2.40. The company's fourth quarter loss widened from the previous year period. Total revenues decreased, but were above the consensus estimate.
