The company expects to report full year 2013 adjusted EPS to be flat to moderately down as compared to the $1.54 reported in 2012. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $2.05.
Foster Wheeler gapped open sharply lower Friday, but moved in a narrow range throughout the session. Shares finished with a loss of 3.84 at $20.22 on the highest volume of the year. The stock dropped to a 6-month low and fell below its 200-day moving average.
