Canada's Evertz Technologies Ltd. (ET.TO), a maker of video and audio infrastructure equipment, Tuesday reported third-quarter net income of C$13 million or C$0.18 per share, compared with C$12.7 or C$0.17 per share last year.
On average, five analysts polled by Thomson Reuters estimated earnings of C$0.24 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Revenues for the quarter were C$71.8 million, up from C$71.45 million a year ago, while analysts on consensus estimated revenues of $81.55 million.
The company has approved a 14% increase of the dividend to C$0.16 per share, payable on or about March 22 to shareholders as of March 15.
