(HLS) shares fell more than 7% in after hours trading after the hospital operator said in a regulatory filing that four of its wholly owned hospitals have received document subpoenas issued from the Miami Lakes, Florida, office of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General.
