Constellation Software Inc. (CSU.TO) Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $40.1 million or $1.89 per share, up from $19.4 million or $0.92 per share last year.
Adjusted net income for the quarter improved to $62.3 million or $2.94 per share from $40.2 million or $1.90 per share last year. On average, eight analysts polled by Thomson Reuters estimated earnings of $1.97 per share for the quarter.
Revenue grew 32 percent to $261.0 million from $198.4 million last year. Organic revenue growth was 8 percent for the quarter. Analysts estimated revenues of $235.36 million for the quarter.
Looking forward to the first quarter, the company expects gross revenue of $245 million to $260 million. Analysts currently estimate earnings of $245.57 million for the quarter.
