National Fuel Gas Co. (NFG) said Thursday that following the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, the company's Board of Directors elected Ronald Tanski as Chief Executive Officer and David Smith as Executive Chairman of the board.
Tanski, who joined National Fuel in 1979, most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. He will continue to serve as President.
Smith joined National Fuel in 1978 and had been Chief Executive Officer since 2008. He was elected to the company's Board of Directors in 2007 and named Chairman of the board in 2010.
