Telecom Italia Group (TI,TIAOF.PK) reported a net loss for the full year 2012 of €1.6 billion, compared to a net loss of €4.8 billion for the full year 2011.
The full year 2012 results include goodwilll writedowns of €4.4 billion, compared to €7.4 billion in 2011.
Excluding items, normalized profits fell to €2.4 billion in 2012 from €2.5 billion the prior year.
Full year 2012 EBITDA: fell 4.3% to €11.65 billion from €12.17 billion in full year 2011.
Revenue for the full year 2012 fell 1.5% to €29.50 billion from €29.96 billion in 2011.
The company said it its board will propose dividend distribution of 2 euro cents per ordinary share and 3.1 euro cents per savings share for total of €454.4 million.
As announced on February 8, regarding Telecom Italia Group's outlook for the current financial year, the company foresees revenues stable YoY, llow-single digit percentage reduction in EBITD and adjusted net financial position of less than €27 billion.
