CHS Inc. (CHSCP) announced that Shirley Cunningham has been named as executive vice president, Enterprise Strategy, effective April 22, 2013.
The company said that Cunningham, who most recently was chief information officer for Monsanto Company, will lead CHS enterprise strategy functions including information technology, human resources, planning and enterprise strategy, and enterprise marketing and communications.
Cunningham will be a member of the CHS senior leadership team and report to CHS President and Chief Executive Officer Carl Casale, the company stated.
Commenting on Cunningham, CHS said she has more than 25 years experience in information technology and business management including leading global IT operations, acquisitions, IT research and development, strategic planning and enterprise initiatives.
