Constellation Software Inc. (CSU.TO) Monday said it has appointed Jamal Baksh as its new Chief Financial Officer and John Billowits as the Chief Executive Officer of Vela Software Int'l, a new operating group of constellation.
Jamal mos recently served as VP, Finance, and has held a number of senior executive roles within Jonas and Constellation.
Billowits has assummed the role of CFO for both constellation and the jonas group. Billowits has also served as VP, Services and president of the club division.
