The UBS AG (UBS) Board announced it will nominate Reto Francioni for election to the Board at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Reto Francioni has been CEO of Deutsche Börse AG since 2005. Wolfgang Mayrhuber has announced his decision not to stand for re-election to the Board.
UBS's Annual General Meeting will take place on 2 May.
