Box Ships Inc. (TEU) announced after the bell Tuesday that it intends to offer and sell $25,000,000 of its common shares in an underwritten public offering. The stock is now down 0.42 on 68K shares.
Box Ships declined during the first half the afternoon Tuesday and closed donw by 0.26 at $5.73. The stock finished near the middle of a month and a half long range.
