Western Digital Corp. (WDC) announced Tuesday morning that it made a strategic investment in Skyera Inc.
Western Digital rose during the first half hour of trade Tuesday and took out the session highs late in the afternoon. Shares finished up by 1.98 at $49.99. The stock rose past the upper end of nearly a 2-month range and set a new high for the year.
