Duke Realty Ltd. Partnership, a unit of Duke Realty Corp. (DRE) Tuesday priced an underwritten public offering of $250 million of its 3.625 percent senior unsecured notes due April 15, 2023.
The notes were priced at 99.179 percent of their face amount to yield 3.723 percent to maturity.
Net proceeds from the offering will be available for repaying outstanding indebtedness with near-term maturities, including all or a portion of outstanding borrowings under its existing revolving credit facility.
The offering is expected to close on March 15, subject to customary closing conditions.
