Elbit Systems Ltd. (ESLT), the international defense electronics company, posted fourth-quarter net income attributable to shareholders of $57.21 million, or $1.36 per share, versus a $13.04 million, or $0.31 per share loss, last year. On a non-GAAP basis, quarterly net income amounted to $67.9 million, or $1.62 per share.
Revenues in the 2012 fourth quarter totaled $843.92 million, compared with $841.9 million in 2011.
Further, the board declared a dividend of $0.30 per share for the fourth quarter of 2012. The dividend's record date is April 9, 2013 and the dividend would be paid on April 22, 2013, net of taxes and levies, at the rate of 25%.
