British supermarket chain Tesco Plc. (TSCDY.PK,TSCO.L) said that it has acquired 100% of Giraffe Restaurants for 48.6 million pounds. The group consists of 48 restaurants nationwide, including franchises at Heathrow and other UK airports, as well as in Dubai.
