Belden Inc. (BDC) announced the pricing of its private offering of 300 million euros in aggregate principal amount of 5.5% senior subordinated notes due 2023 at an issue price of 100% of the principal amount. The offering size was increased to 300 million euros from 200 million euros.
Belden intends to use the net proceeds to repay revolving borrowings under its senior secured credit facility and for general corporate purposes. Belden expects the offering to close on March 21.
