JSW Steel Ltd. reported February crude steel production of 6.75 lakh tons, up by 11 percent from the 6.09 lakh tone in February 2012.
During the month, Rolled products-flat production was 5.14 lakh tons, higher by 14 percent than the 4.49 lakh tons, while Rolled products-long was 1.32 lakh tons, compared with 1.54 lakh tons in February 2012, a decline of 14 percent.
At the BSE, JSW Steel closed Friday's trading at Rs.700.15, down 1.09 percent from the previous close.
