Rare archive material documenting the first 20 years of The Beach Boys' career will go up for auction in London next month.
The material was found in a storage facility in Florida in 2000, and is considered one of the biggest musical collections to ever be put on sale.
The memorabilia consists of manuscripts and sheet music for nearly 150 songs, recording contracts, unseen photos and handwritten lyrics and letters.
The contents are likely to be sold for a record price especially after the Beach Boys themselves confirmed knowledge of the sale.
The collection will be previewed in New York on April 15 at the Hard Rock Café in London on April 18, according to nme.com.
