Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) announced after the bell Monday that John Riccitiello will step down as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors, effective March 30.
EA also announced that it expects its revenues and EPS for the current quarter will be at the low end of, or slightly below previously issued guidance.
Electronic Arts gapped open slightly lower Monday, but moved in a narrow range throughout the session. Shares finished down by 0.17 at $18.71. The stock is now up 0.86 on 837K shares after the bell.
