TICC Capital Corp. (TICC) announced that it has priced a public offering of 3.00 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.20 per share for total gross proceeds of $30.6 million. The closing of the offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to take place on March 22, 2013.
The company noted that it has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock.
The company stated that it expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include investments in corporate debt and equity securities and investments in structured finance vehicles.
