Enterprise application software provider SAP AG (SAP) Thursday said it recommended for a dividend of 0.85 euros per share for fiscal 2012. The payment is scheduled for on or after June 5.
Without the consideration of the special dividend paid for 2011, the proposed dividend for 2012 corresponds to a year-on-year dividend increase of 13 percent, added the company.
