IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc. (IPCM) said thursday that it has acquired two closely related hospitalist practices in the Wichita, Kansas area: Kansas Inpatient Services, LLC and Kansas Long Term Care Physicians, LLC.
The acquisitions mark IPC's entry into the Wichita market.
Co-founders Adam Flynn. and John Womack will continue to provide clinical leadership to the practice under IPC.
KIS's patient encounters are estimated at about 90,000 on an annualized basis.
